Cancellation policy

Free cancellation up to 5 days before check-in — full refund. After that, the booking is non-refundable.

We offer a Moderate cancellation policy. If you cancel at least 5 days before your check-in date, you receive a full refund of everything you paid. Cancellations made within 5 days of check-in are non-refundable, as the dates are typically too late to rebook. Refunds are returned to your original payment method.

How does booking direct work?

You pick your dates on the calendar, enter your details, and pay securely. Your booking is confirmed instantly and the dates are held for you — there's no waiting for host approval, and no platform booking fee.

Is my payment secure?

Yes. Payment is handled entirely on Stripe's hosted, PCI-compliant checkout page. Your card details are entered on Stripe and never touch or get stored on this site.

What's included in the price?

The price you see before you pay is the all-in total — the nightly rate for your stay plus a one-time cleaning fee. There are no hidden booking or service fees.

How do I check in?

After you book, you'll receive a confirmation email with your booking reference. Your host will follow up with check-in details before your arrival.

Can I contact the host before booking?

Absolutely — the host's contact details are on the listing page. You're booking with a real person, not a call centre.
